Swim England’s Athlete Development Support Pathway (ADSP) is a framework designed to provide teachers and coaches with a tool to better develop athletes at specific stages of growth and development.  The club pathway builds on this framework and can be seen in the adjacent image.

Age Group competitive swimming covers swimmers from the age of 9 to approximately 18.
